Options for Creating Families

This special event will focus on learning about the different options for family building, including:

Meet and listen to the journey from woman and couples that have chosen these paths. 

Formal presentations will be made by:

Penny Donnelly, MFT, RN,

director of support programs at Stanford’s Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Center, has developed and led a number of counseling and health education programs for patients seeking fertility treatment. She offers private counseling to clinic patients and facilitates support groups for primary and secondary infertility; donor; and pregnancy groups. In addition, Penny founded and leads the nationally recognized mind/body program for infertility patients.

Sara Lively, M.S.Ed.,

is the founder of Adoption Paths, an independent education organization that provides unbiased information and support to people considering adopting children. Ms. Lively coaches people through the difficult decision whether or not to adopt, and helps them make informed decisions about all their options - international or domestic, closed or open adoption. She offers seminars, workshops and private consultations to prospective adopters throughout  Northern California.
