Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE) Departmental Grants for Undergraduate Research
The mission of this program is to introduce undergraduate students to reproductive biology, sex-based research, and research on Women's Health, broadly defined. The Center for Research on Women's Health and Reproduction, in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Stanford University School of Medicine, which houses the Program, offers a diverse training environment. The Center supports a strong basic research program that is integrated with a translational research component and complemented by an established agenda of seminars, round tables, and journal clubs focusing on broad issues in women's health. Thus, the program provides a rich, interactive environment for training and the pursuance of reproductive research as well as a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to join an integrated program not offered by any other department at Stanford.
